📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

📌 Provide photos or video as proof
We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
✔ Refund will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

If a replacement is requested and the product is available, we will ship the replacement after receiving the returned item.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
